The second issue of journal “Turkology” (2020) was published
 The second issue of international journal “Turkology” (2020) which was founded by the Presidium of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences has been published.
The executive secretary of the journal, PhD in Philology, assoc.prof. Elchin Ibrahimov mentioned that scientific articles belonging to different fields of Turkology written in the Azerbaijani, Turkish, English and Russian languages had been published in the second issue of journal “Turkology”. He noted that many original articles, especially Altaic scientist Denis Sinor’s research work named “The Problem of the Ural-Altaic Relationship”, “The Semantic Analysis of the Word in the Machine Translation” written by Kamila Valiyeva and Gulnara Jafarova, “Number of the Azerbaijani Upper Class during the Khanates (Based on the Data from Quba, Erivan and Nakhchivan Khanates)” had been taken place in this issue of the journal.
According to rubrics, this issue of the journal is affluent. So that, the monumental scientific research works which were sent from the scientific centers of USA, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Bulgaria, Uzbekistan and Russia had been published in the rubrics of classical heritage, linguistics, literature and folklore, history and ethnography, culture and art, debate and discussion, turkological centers. Let’s give some samples from the articles: Ivan Dobrev “Late Antique Bulgarian Inscriptions with Khorezm Letter” (Bulgaria), Selchuk Turkyilmaz “New Caucasus journal and independent Azerbaijan flag movement to the future” (Turkey), Maia Manchkhashvili “Turkology in Georgia” (Georgia) and etc.
Interesting articles belonging to important events in Turkology have been published in the rubrics of “Scientific Life”, “Reviews”, “Personalia” and “Necrology”.
Let’s note that, the journal “Turkology” is published quarterly, every three months. The accepting of article for the subsequent issues of journal continues.
